For couples undergoing fertility treatment it can be a very stressful time. Our staff will be able to answer your questions and explain the processes of treatment however, sometimes it can be helpful for couples to seek additional support and speak with either our trained counsellor or other couples who have previously undergone treatment.
We appreciate the extent to which fertility treatment imposes emotional, physical and financial strains upon a couple and our staff are always willing to discuss your concerns during your involvement with the Unit.
We also have a trained independent counselling psychologist who is available to talk with you at any stage of your treatment. There is no fee for the first counselling appointment but there is a small charge for any additional appointments. This service is completely confidential.
